			Advanced Parish Management System (APM)
	The Advanced Parish Management system (APM) was originally written for Catholic Parishes and covers a wide range of parish management functions. Although it was written specifically for the Catholic religion, most of it's features are applicable to all Christian religions. The APM system is divided into five modules, or sub-systems. These modules include Census, Collections, Stewardship, Fund Drive, and Religious Education. The base module is the Census module, which contains all church membership information. All of the other modules require the Census module to operate. All modules have user based security built into the system, and all data is stored encrypted in a SQL language database (Microsoft Access). Note: This software is currently being upgraded to use Visual Studio.Net (C#) and MS SQL Server 2008 (Express, Standard, or Enterprise). For more information, click here. Census Module* Enter information about both member and non-member families. Auto assign (or manually assign) envelope numbers. Enter sacrement information for each family member. Create an Envelope data file to send to a printing company. Create a Family Pictorial Directory data file to send to a photo companies to create a pictorial directory of the church members. Create a Guide Book directory data file to send to a printing company. Ability to create mailing labels, or export the mailing label data to use as input to a mail-merge application. This feature includes many different selection options. Many reporting features, such as: Members by Occupation, Members by Activity/Interest, Employer Listing, Envelope List, Birthday List, and many more. Collections Module Fast data entry of weekly collections from plate offerings and envelopes. Batch posting option for collection entry, with option of multiple users working at the same time with their own batch of data. Search for collections by date and fund. Print year-end statements by contributor for member tax purposes. Can print on either a single page, or 4-part mailer for expidited handling. Many reporting features, such as: Weekly Summary, Non-Member Contributors, Collection Totals, and many more. Stewardship Module Ability to enter member pledge amounts and setup for Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarterly, or Monthly payment options. Print statements of member's pledge and contribution summary. Collection entry for pledges is entered through the collection module. Multiple reporting options, such as: Pledge amounts within a specified range, Pledges Deferred, Pledges behind more than a specified percent, and more. Fund Drive Module Ability to enter member pledge amounts for specific fund and setup for Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarterly, or Monthly payment options. Collection entry for pledges is entered directly in the Fund Drive module. Ability to enter non-cash contributions. Ability to print monthly statements. Ability to print annual statements for member tax purposes. Multiple reporting options, including a contribution report with future contribution projections. Religious Education Module Ability to setup classes and assign students. Create fees for classes. Multiple reporting options, such as: Fee Summary, Class/Student reports, Birthday Listings, and more. Create mailing labels specifically for families enrolled in Religious Education. School Module Ability to setup classes and assign students. Tuition maintenance per family with monthly payment option. Ability to setup other type of fees, such as: Registration, Book Fees, Year Book, etc. Ability to post late fees for any family past due on tuition payments. Monthly statements can print on small 9.5“ x 3.5“ continuous paper for quick stuffing into window envelopes. Tuition coupon booklets can be printed at the start of the school year to assist families with mailing payments on time. Create mailing labels for families entrolled in school.
