This is our support and discussion area.  This area of the site is for registered users that have purchased our software, hardware, or services.  If you are not logged into the site, then this will be the only information you can see on this page.

If you are a customer of AIS and already have a Login ID/Password, then please click the login link in the upper right corner of the page.  This will give you access to the support area of the site.  You will be able to view any content/forums for products that you are registered.  Only products for which you are registered will be displayed.  This is done to eliminate having information displayed that does not pertain to your product(s).

If you are a customer of AIS and do not have a Login ID/Password, then please click the “Register” link in the top right corner of this page and follow the directions.  All registrations must be approved by AIS to ensure you are a current AIS customer.  Once your customer status has been verified, you will be sent an email and your account will be activated.
